When manufacturing adhesives, it is important to know what surface it is going to be applied to in order to choose the most suitable material. It is not the same whether they are for indoors or outdoors, long or short-term, to withstand humidity, cold, heat...
The adhesives are made up of the union of three components, on the one hand the sheet on which the type of adhesive is printed, on the other hand, and on the other hand the liner or back support.
Types of sheets:
- Adhesive paper, glossy or matte coated and offset.
- Adhesive vinyl, glossy or matte white, transparent gloss, silver, gold, reflective...
- Polyester, glossy or matte white and transparent gloss.
Types of adhesives:
- Permanent, removable, super hold, deep freeze
- white or gray on the back (to opaque)
FINISHING THE ADHESIVES
- In loose units with straight cut or rounded corners
- In loose units with a semi-cut perimeter (straight, circular, shaped...)
- In sheets with several units with semi-cut for easy detachment
- In coil for manual or machine application
